Scabs even after a month. Can transplanted hair fall out with roots during the first month?

Hei Dr. I have got Hair Transplant one month ago. I still have scab in my scalp and most of the transplanted hair have still not fallen off. But when I massage in showering, some hairs fall off with root (at least looks like root). Can transplanted hair fall off with roots in the period of one month as well ? Are not all grafts set permanently ? Looking forward to your answers. Thanks in advance Regards Bijaye

Hair transplant surgery is generally not recommended because it may not grow with your medical condition.   If you are determined, some doctors may do a small "test" surgery to see if the transplanted hairs may grow.

Accutane can cause hair loss and problems with wound healing.  If you need to take accutane for a medical condition and you have a hair transplant you have to weigh out the risks and benefits with your doctor.  Please consult with your doctor.

But people under the age group of 18 years to 80 years usually options for hair transplantation as the symptoms of balding and spot balding occur within this span of life. I wish you all the best.
