I do not think you will be bloated like you say, I  believe you have plenty of time to heal before your wedding congratulations! Best wishes.

You may still have some swelling 4 months after surgery. It may take up to a year for the swelling to subside completely. Discuss this with your surgeon for his or her guidance. Best of luck!

Surgery on the breasts and tummy is a major surgery which involves a lot of healing. It takes up to a year to heal fully. At 4 months, you will still have some swelling and activity will probably not be normal. You also need to be aware that complications may occur and this will prolong your healing process. Please discuss these issues with your plastic surgeon.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Even though the final results are seen after 6 months of the surgery, most of the inflammation is gone by the fourth month, so I think you will be fine.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.  Final results from a breast augmentation take about 6 months, but the majority of changes typically takes place within 3-4 months.  For the tummy tuck final results are not seen for about 9 months after surgery, but at 4 months post op much of your swelling will typically be resolved.  Your surgeon will better be able to advise you based on the extent of your surgical plan on what you can anticipate from your recovery.

 Yes, I think that four months is enough time for you to the well-healed and able to enjoy the  festivities of your wedding. Of course, it may take up to one year (and even longer) for you to see the final outcome of the procedure performed.   It may take this long, for some patients, for full resolution of swelling and redraping  of the soft tissues over the smaller  abdominal wall and waistline. Best wishes.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get mommy makeover, this procedure consists on making a back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, tummy tuck and breast lift or breast augmentation, giving you awesome results!

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Typically, four months should be enough for all of the surgery. However, I would not recommend cutting it ANY closer as things do not always go as planned in every patient.

Dear Gemrad85, congratulations for your wedding. Thank you very much for sharing your pictures and questions with us. The healing process of all surgeries completes at 6 months to 1 year post op; nevertheless, in the 4th month postop I expect that the 80-90% of swelling are resolved. Usually my Tummy tuck patients return to their daily activities in the 2nd week post op and to their work out routine in the 4th week post op.
