When can I have rhinoplasty and scrotoplasty after breast and stomach liposuction?

I've had breast and stomach liposuction month ago. I want to know when can I do rhinoplasty and scrotoplasty and which one first. Scrotoplasty for webbed penis and a little scortal lift
