Exactly what operation would be indicated would also depend on your specific concerns/goals;  these concerns/goals are best communicated in front of a full-length mirror.  If, for example, ongoing abdominal wall laxity is a concern, further approximation of abdominal wall muscles will be necessary.    If this is the case, liposuction surgery alone will not suffice.

From your photos it appears you may have had a mini tummy tuck.  if that is the case it could be converted into a fill tummy tuck with muscle repair.  If you just had a mini converting it would be the best option.
