Because you're disappointed with your results, your situation deserves comprehensive analysis: What feature(s) are you unhappy with? Why did they turn out that way? What were details of your surgery contributing to that result? Each of your issues should be individually addressed and a plan developed for correction and/or improvement toward the body you want.A professional actionable answer to the question "what do I need" without more information about you and your past treatment cannot be offered.
From your photos it appears you may have had a mini tummy tuck. if that is the case it could be converted into a fill tummy tuck with muscle repair. If you just had a mini converting it would be the best option.
ANSWER; FIRST AND FOREMOST, TALK WITIH YOURSURGEON. LET HIM OR HER KNOW YOURCONCERNS. SECOND CHECK WITH YOURSELF. HAVE YOU BEEN MANAGING YOUR WEIGHT. DIET AND EXERCISE ARE SO IMPORTANT,ESPECIALLY AFTER INVESTING IN LIPOSUCTION AND TUMMY TUCK. GENERALLY, IF MORE PROCEDURES ARE NEEDED THENLIPOSUCTION IS MOST LIKELY. REVISIONTUMMY TUCK IS ONLY NEEDED IF THERE IS RESIDUAL SKIN EXCESS OR LAXITY.
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us!Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.Have a great day! Dr. JPG
Thank you for the question and pictures. Whether or not you should undergo revisionary surgery will mainly depend on your level of concern with your current situation as well as a careful consideration of the potential risks/complications associated with additional surgery. Exactly what operation would be indicated would also depend on your specific concerns/goals; these concerns/goals are best communicated in front of a full-length mirror. If, for example, ongoing abdominal wall laxity is a concern, further approximation of abdominal wall muscles will be necessary. If this is the case, liposuction surgery alone will not suffice. My best advice: communicate your concerns directly with your plastic surgeon, preferably in front of a full length mirror. Working together you will come up with good plan to proceed with. Best wishes.
ANSWER: IT DEPENDS. IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A TUMMY TUCK REDONEWHEN THERE IS STILL EXCESS SKIN. OTHERWISE PROCEDURES MAY BE LIMITED TO SCAR REVISIONS. IF THERE IS A BULGE THAT REPRESENTS RESIDUAL FAT, THEN LIPOSUCTION MAY BE BENEFICIAL.
Your lower abdominal skin can be tightened further along with lowering the scar. It is too early to have that done and I advise holding off for six months. Ideally it would be converted to a full tummy tuck, however if the umbilicus was floated this would not be possible.
Thank you for asking about your swelling 4 months after your tummy tuck.It is possible that your swelling is from working out in the gym. However the only way to be sure is to see your own surgeon for an exam and discussion of your concerns. Hope this helps. Best wishes. Elizabeth Morgan MD PHD...
