8 weeks post post op midline scar revision, with ventral hernia closure , right flank lipoma removal and lower scar revision with abdominal flap closure, umbilical float. It was supposed to be a Fleur de Lis, but surgeon did not do it. Tension sutures tore with a new umbilical hernia. Now I have to go back under. I still have quite a bit of vertical loose skin above and around/ below my umbilicus. Can a vertical incision help with the remaining loose skin? Okay with full vertical scar.
