I had a breast lift + implants. I wanted a reduction of my areolas as well. I got the procedure done. It looked good after. About a year later my areolas spread out more than before surgery. Could doing a revision of the lift fix the size and uneven areolas/nipple placement? Would they stretch back out again? My original surgeon believes this is the best option. Another surgeon I consulted believes I'd have to get new smaller implants plus a lift to try and avoid this again.
