Is a 24 hour roadtrip safe to take after BBL? I will be 2 months 2 weeks post op.

Given that you will be more than 2 months out from surgery, your results should be unaffected by your road trip. If you were my patient, I'd have no issues with you traveling. I generally encourage all patients, however, to stop every 2 hours to stretch your legs so as to prevent blood clots.Hope this helps - Sam Jejurikar, MD

You should wait at least 2 weeks before sitting without a support cushion and sleeping on your back. Sitting with no support too soon can harm the newly moved fat cells.

Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on the time pos op it's safe to do that trip; besides I'm pretty sure you'll do some stops to the bathroom or extend your legs or getting some snacks.Good luck and have a nice trip. :)
