Is it possible to achieve natural results with BBL ? (Photo)

I got breast implants and have been left a bit large for my frame now I feel out of balance. I want a BBL to balance my body out but I am not looking to go big. It won't be a good look with breast implants I would feel uncomfortable if I looked to heavy up top and at the bottom my ideal results would be subtle and realistic Portioned to my smaller frame of 5'2 tall and 135 lbs.Another thing I am not a fan of dramatic results from liposuction in the abdomen don't want a freaky small cartoon waist
