Is it possible to achieve natural results with BBL ? (Photo)

The Brazilian buttlift results are highly surgeon dependent.  Some surgeons can do almost anything and change the shape of anything.  You have to be creative.  Your shape can be molded a great deal with liposuction and fat transfer techniques. There are some anatomic limits, but, for the most part, dramatic transformations can be achieved.  Find an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year with favorable patient reviews.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  The key to the result is finding the surgeon who will listen to your goals and use his or her artistic techniques to get you there.

Dear dillop,based on your photo, you might be a good candidate for a BBL: It looks like you have enough fat  on your abdomen which can be transferred to your buttocks. Its good that you have a vision of what you want. It simply needs to be communicated to your plastic surgeon. Bring examples of what you think looks good to your consultation, and be available for digital imaging of pics of you so you can get a good sense of the proposed direction of change...i think you will have a great result!

Based
on your photos you are a good candidate for a liposuction with
bbl, and i think you'll get very good results.But, back pictures are necessary to know how much fat you really have.
The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become
extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform
your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your
buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

Yes, it is possible to go 'natural' with a BBL. The size always depends on what the patient wants. You could go with 1) implants 2) fat grafting 3) both. You should post more pictures of your entire body to get better evaluate if you are interested in fat grafting. From your one photo, however, it does not look like you have that much fat to graft from your abdomen and thighs. From your "desired picture" on the right, it seems like it would require more fat.  If you get a consultation, you could be evaluated more thoroughly for options.
