I've undergone 4 rhinoplasties. The 1st was unsuccessful, leading to a redo. The 2nd was perfect until the tip shrank, leading to a 3rd surgery, which was poorly done, making the splint visible at the tip. The 4th required ear cartilage for reconstructing the nose's spine and tip, which was initially successful. 7 years later, the cartilage has seemingly dissolved, leaving a lopsided tip. With a history of complications, I'm cautious about further surgery. Advice on proceeding?
