I do boxing with weight training as well as hip hop abs :) I'd like to know if I can continue to do them with a revision or if I'll have to take x days, weeks, or months off. From what I understand its an in office procedure with local. How long to heal? Any necrosis risk? How long before a vacation to the ocean (swimming) should I schedule this? If this is strictly revision of skin/ scar only- this down time can be considerable shorter.
