Should I have another Tummy Tuck or get a skin graft? (photos)

i had a tummy tuck about 11 years ago and when I got back to my country 2 weeks after my surgery I slip and fell in the bathtub leaving me with a scar that I hate to see. I also used bleaching cream for my skin and the stretch marks came back. I would love to have another tummy tuck if possible if not skin graft please help. Thanks

I would definitely recommend revision abdominoplasty. There is a good possibility that excision of the scar and re-elevation of the skin flaps can result in the tummy you were aiming for. Seek opinions from experienced plastic surgeons that perform a lot of tummy tucks. A skin graft does not play a role here. Good luck, stay optimistic and thanks for sharing.

Surgery# 1:Placement of tissue expanders above and around the belly button to eventually stretch the skin Game extra skin. Surgery# 2:Removal of scar and formal tummy tuck with muscle tightening
