Eyebrow lift or upper blepharoplasty for very uneven eyebrows & eyelids? (Photos)

Question

Hello, for the past few years i’ve been wondering if i should get an eyebrow lift, or upper blepharoplasty. I’m finally considering to get one, or both of those, but i’m still very unsure to whats best for me. My problem is that i have very uneven eyebrows, and eyelids. One is droopy but has no excess fat, while the other one (the smaller eye) have more excess fat, and it looks weird. When i lift my entire brow up, i look normal, when i put eyelid tape, i look better but have asymmetry.

To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. I believe you can benefit from right upper blepharoplasty but need more detailed evaluation to determine accurately.

It appears that an upper blepharoplasty should improve your concerns.  You can also consider adding Botox to improve eyebrow asymmetry.  The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.
