What are the risks of doing a revision after a lower bleph with fat repositioning?

Answer to your quastion is yes; fat pades can be further manipulated by means of resection, transposition, or similar., although not as simple as first time. Thank you for your question. it would be more beneficial to have photos to assist with this. Aside from normal swelling and bruising the concern is symmetry. i would beneficial to see a surgeon who deals with fat repositioning. I reposition fat into tear troughs to provide a more youthful look to my patients. fat needs to be stabilized and reposed with sutures which will be removed at postop visit.
