Based on your photograph, you appear to have a convexity along your right nasal bone and a con cavity along your right upper lateral cartilage which is giving your nose an S shaped appearance. Additionally, your nostrils are a bit wide. Another consideration may be a permanent nonsurgical nose job to add volume to your right nasal side wall where there is an indentation. It is certainly possible to improve both the function (breathing) and aesthetics of your nose through rhinoplasty. Adjusting the position of the nasal septum and ensuring patent internal valves as well as other maneuvers to improve airflow are within the armamentarium of a skilled rhinoplasty surgeon.

You may never have 'perfect' symmetry, but if you set realistic expectations I think you would be very satisfied with your surgical outcome.
