I agree that your nose is a bit slanted and that your left ear lobe is higher than your right, however, this is not due to any medical "condition". I certainly wouldn't worry about your ears since most people do not see both of your ears at the same time when they are speaking to you. And I would not have noticed if this was not part of your narrative.
