Crooked nose and asymmetrical face. Could this be hemifacial microsomia? (Photo)

I have a strongly slanted nose towards my left side. My left ear is sitting higher on left side. It's also not as refined as my other ear. Jaw is slanted as well. Could this be hemifacial microsomia?

Hello and thank you for your question. After rhinoplasty (nasal surgery), the nose can become REALLY swollen, and this swelling can take a LONG TIME to resolve (up to 1-2 years to fully resolve). I would recommend that you continue to observe things for now. You could consider a steroid...
