Had Lipo 5 months ago, had plenty of fibrosis, still lumpy, what can I do? (photo)

I had a liposuction 5 months ago, at the beginning I had plenty of fibrosis, now I had less but still plenty, I tried massages, radiofrecuency, carboxytherapy and I don't think is helping a lot. What can I do? It looks awful.

A VASER revision with ThermiRF and fat grafting is one alternative. Other options would be Vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
