Compared to the beginning of 2014, the cartilage in the tip/bridge area of my nose has become more boney. It use to feel softer but now I can only feel bone. I dont know if my cartilage has collapsed or if im just imaging things.

Answer: Cartilage in nasal tip It would be helpful to know how long ago you had your rhinoplasty. As the nose heals after rhinoplasty, various factors contribute to the overall appearance and feel of the nose. There may be scar tissue that is developing or if grafts were placed then these may be more palpable as the swelling goes down. It is best to return back to your rhinoplasty surgeon so they can have a look and address any additional concerns you have with your nose. Hope this helps and best of luck.
