How long does it take for upper lid wound dehiscence post blepharoplasty, to heal completely? (Photo)

After an upper lid blepharoplasty, sutures were removed on day 7. On days 9 and 11, the incisions on my left and right eyes split open. I’ve continued with applying antibiotic ointment on the incision site but would like to know how long the wound dehiscence will take to close and when I can start wearing make up after experiencing dehiscence?
