I am 15 days post tummy tuck. I had two orgasms a few minutes apart (no sex). Could this damage my repair? (Photo)

Umbilical hernia fixed with mesh inside belly, muscle separation of 6cm across, rectus muscles sewn back together and more mesh placed down centre on top of muscle closer due to extremely weak muscle sheath/facia. I am not overweight and have never been so, I’m 32 and TT was done due to pregnancies as well as resulting hernia. Tummy swollen and sore after orgasms but not unbearable. No compression garment used as did not have lipo, drains removed 48hrs post-op. Worried!

At six weeks post op you are fine to wear jeans. If they are tight or too restrictive you may want to wait until more of the swelling has resolved for your comfort and to prevent blood flow restriction. If you are unsure it's always best to contact your surgeon.

This is most likely a seroma which may have developed into a bursa by now.  The walls may be thickened. Generally this would be investigated with needle aspiration for fluid with ultrasound guidance if necessary.  A CT would then be helpful to see if it is multi-loculated and if it will even re...

Burning pain is an indicator of nerve involvement. It may be that the nerves are healing after your surgery. If so, then it should improve as time goes on. If it is constant and not improving it may be a trapped nerve. Visit with your surgeon for an evaluation.
