After a fat grafting procedure I suffered massive fat necrosis and my breasts became uneven size, have deeps and protruding lumps (benign). Would you remove the hard lumps from the lower pole of my breast in the photo first and then re-graft it with fresh fat to fix contour irregularities or would you rather graft around and on top of the lumps? Lumps are 1-3 cm long and they sit very close to skin(1-3mm). I am afraid that with the 2nd approach lumps may change and shift in the future.
