Will IBS affect my chances of getting the BBL?

I hope this doesn't sound dumb! I have some body fat and already consulted with a doctor via pictures and he said I have enough for the procedures. I was just diagnosed with IBS... been having the symptoms since last year though when I started cutting calories. When I have flare ups I look fat and body fat increases due to water retention... then there are times where I look thin with little body fat. I'm afraid of not knowing if this is real fat or water retention before the procedure!

Please talk to your primary doctor to get clearance for plastic surgery and then I suggest you book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals.

Having irritable bowel syndrome does not interfere with having a BBL. How ever for your comfort during the recovery period it is important to have the IBS under very good control.An in person examination is critical to determine the amount of fat and which areas as well as estimating the amount of fat that can be transferred

IBS in and of itself is not a contraindication.   Best to see your medical doctor to make sure it is under control before considering a BBL.

In a word, no. The beautiful thing about BBL is that it allows you to
lose fat from the areas where you have more than enough, while adding that same
fat to the areas where you do not have enough! That way both the donor and the
recipient sites improve. Good luck!
