My grafted fat reabsorbed, should I try a second time and expect better results?

Typically 50-60% of large volume fat grafting to the buttocks is retained. There are some newer techniques I am using with washing of the fat cells that has improved that number by 20%. Also remember that the initial volume of fat has up to 20% water depending on the harvesting techniques. Additional grafting can definitely work. My average volumes range from 600-1000cc per buttock if there is enough donor fat.

Yes, it seems like you could benefit from a BBL revision. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thank you for your question, first you need to get evaluated to see if you have any fat left that it can be used for the BBL, if that’s positive than I don’t see any problem on having another procedure for better results. Best wishes!!!

Before you do this procedure again, you have to figure out why it didn't work the first time. Remember that you only have a limited amount of fat and so you don't want to waist it on your second round. You can maximize the fat removed from the abdomen if you are willing to perform a tummy tuck. Please see example below.

400 mL is a very conservative amount for a BBL. let's say you retained half of the grafted fat.That would mean you only have 200 mL I'm enhancement Perchik.To put that in perspective that would be a very small breast implant appropriate for a 100 pound flat chested woman who wants to be a full B cup. Compared to the size of most people's butt ox this is a drop in the bucket.
