I had buccal fat removal five years ago in the U.A.E. I’ve gained weight and now I can bite my cheeks from the inside (again). I was told that I have underdeveloped chin, thus this makes may face look round. I am not considering a chin implant. I just want to know if it is possible to have a second buccal fat removal surgery? And is it safe to do it again? Are there any other alternative procedures? My mum is in her late 50s her cheeks look full and round so I think it is genetic.
