Which is better traditional BBL or AirSculpt power BBL? (photos)

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

In some ways you are not a particularly good candidate for a BBL.
The primary reason for this is skin laxity and cellulite.
You also have some droopiness and a bit of a square shape to your buttocks which will not be improved with fat transfer. To get it rounded shape of the lower central buttocks you will need a lift/tuck procedure. 
The cellulite is often made worse with fat transfer.
Your best procedure is a full tummy tuck.
I would look for that as the primary procedure. Extending the tummy tuck to get skin tightening onto the buttocks would help. Either a three-quarter wraparound or full wraparound tummy tuck might be an option.
Liposuction would look great reducing your love handles but the skin laxity will still get in the way to some degree.
Air sculpting is a trademarked name for power assisted laser liposuction just like a whopper is a brand named hamburger.
It’s owned by elite body sculpture.
It is not a branded name. 
Power BBL likewise  is a brand-name by elite body sculpture based on using a pump instead of syringes to add fat during fat transfer.
These equipment variables have virtually no impact in comparison to who is doing the surgery.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with experienced local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.
Look for the provider and not the equipment.
