Blepharoplasty, Morpheus8 or Botox?? (or something else) (photos)

Question

I am 24 y/o and have always been insecure about the asymmetry of my eyelids. Should I try and pursue a blepharoplasty, Morpheus8 or Botox (or something else) to make my eyes more even?? I love my left eyelid (shown on right) and would love to keep it as is with only correction to the droopier right lid (shown on left). Is that possible? I included photos and even have one of me as an infant to show I've always had this issue.

Thank you for your question. It appears that you have slightly more skin of your right eyelid compared to the left, but sometimes this is due to difference in brow height. Based on the photos, it appears that your right brow is slightly lower than the left. If you like the height of the left side more, then a brow lift would likely be the best option. You could start by using botox since you're young, however, this isn't permanent and a brow lift would be. I hope this helps, and all the best to you.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. Thank you for your question and photo! You have pretty wide open eyes with mild assymentry! From the photos, I don't believe you are a blepharoplasty candidate, as there is not enough skin to remove. Morpheus8 is always a good treatment to rejuvenate and tighten the skin, which could help with the droopy lid. Botox may work as well to open ip the eyelid more. It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and eyes are different. What we can fix the the asymmetry eyebrows, only FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE) can fix it. Also you have multiple double eyelid, so if you want to make it just 1 line, then I would like to recommend full incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction to correct your sleepy eyes and make your eyes bigger and fresh.
