Is it possible to extend only my left chin & jawline to the same length as in the second photo? (Photos)

My chin and jawline are asymmetrical. The left side is smaller compared to the right. The first photo shows my left chin. Is it possible to extend only my left chin and jawline to the same length as in the second photo? Can this be achieved with fillers or implants, without needing chin surgery?

We can see from the first photo that your left chin is higher than the right side of your chin. If this is what is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for adding permanent volume into the higher side for a more symmetrical chin appearance. In general, the shape change you have presented in your computer simulation appears achievable with injectable filler treatments. These are highly versatile and allow for precise adjustments, making them a suitable option for reshaping the chin. Injectable fillers also have the advantage of being reversible, providing a degree of flexibility if further adjustments are needed.

It would be more challenging to achieve the same result with an implant, as implants are less adaptable to subtle contour changes. Fat transfer can sometimes provide a similar reshaping effect for the chin, but it does not offer the reversibility that injectable filler treatments do, which is an important consideration for many patients.

It is possible to increase the vertical length of the mandibular angle using mandibular angle implants. Many companies offer angle implants in various sizes, including vertical mandibular angle implants from Implantech. However, achieving absolute symmetry may not be possible in your case.
To improve symmetry, you might consider custom-made implants, which can provide a better result but come at a higher cost. Alternatively, after the swelling from the implants has subsided, you could add a small amount of filler to fine-tune the symmetry.
Filler alone can provide some degree of augmentation along the jawline. However, achieving a significant change in size would require a substantial amount of filler, which I generally avoid in a single area to prevent filler migration.
