Chin implant after mewing - is there a risk of the implant coming out or infection?

Hello, I had a chin implant installed 1.5 years ago. It looks good from the outside, but it could not solve the alignment of my teeth in my lower jaw. For this reason, I started to do mewing at home. If the face develops forward, is there a risk of the implant coming out or infection? Thank you.
