Hello! I have been concerned with my chin area (from a sagittal view) for a while now, and have noticed it’s mainly because of having a deep mentolabial fold. part of the reason I’m asking this is because I will be getting a rhinoplasty surgery next month, and want to see if I should opt in to get a chin implant as well. What I am unsure about is what exactly is causing the appearance of a deep mentolabial fold and how to fix this? (is it the angle of my chin, and if so would implant help).
