Chin implant, rhinoplasty or neck lift? (Photo)

Most patients seeking out a more attractive and balanced profile will often focus on their nose not realizing that the chin is an integral part of the attractive and balanced profile. I agree with your assessment and would suggest that you augment your chin with the insertion of a chin implant. I do not feel that you need a neck lift. However, a tip rhinoplasty to reduce the bulbous nature of your nose would be beneficial. I have a very conservative approach to a tip rhinoplasty. Your nasolabial angle (the angle formed by your upper lip and nasal tip) is a bit open, therefore a tip cartilage reduction may open it up even more. I think you could get a very nice result. I recommend a chin implant since your chin is recessed. I also recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance and a somewhat recessed chin appearance. The height of your chin is a bit short on front view as well. Chin implant surgery is relatively straightforward with little downtime and rest, and I believe it would make the most dramatic improvement. You appear to be too young for a facelift, in my opinion.
