after hair transplant, can your grow a long hair, actually LONG hair? I've seen some B&A pics but most still look really short, crew-cut type or some how bald. I just wanted to know if it could after HT you can grow a proper long hair, time won't be such a matter to me

Transplanted hair grows as long as normal non transplanted hair.  If you see before and after photos of short hair, it is because they cut it short.

Of course. The transplanted hair is from your REAL hair. After HT, it will grow longer and longer. Even you cut it, it will grow longer anyway.

A hair transplant transfers the genetic code of your donor follicles to where it is transplanted.  Hence your transplanted hair will grow as long as your donor region hair will grow.

Once a hair transplant starts to grow, it will keep growing until the end of the hair cycle at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month. Hair cycles that last 4 years can grow out hair to a length of 2 ft, less at 3 years (18 inches) or two years (12 inches). YES.  The hair that is transplanted from the back of the head grows just like the rest of your hair.  It grows long and individuals cut it to the length they desire.  The unique thing about the hair from the back of the head and upper neck that is transplanted to the front and top of the head is that it does not stop growing.  It does not reseed of go away.  The answer is yes.
