I'm 16 years old and tend to mostly sweat underarms and my back no matter what weather it is...and this gets embarrassing

Answer: MiraDry age? Thanks for your question.With your parent's consent MiraDry can be performed on younger hyperhidrosis sufferers. We have not had any insurance cover this, but health savings accounts have not been a problem.Best wishes. Dr. ALDO

I have treated patients with severe axillary hyperhidrosis in the teenage years with parental consent and it has helped those patients. Newer techniques also allow for a safer and more effective delivery of the procedure.
