7 months after FUE transplant. But still not getting density. Advice? (photos)

Hello,Density is one of the most critical factors after hair transplantation.  Early on you may not be able to fully determine your density.  Density depends on various factors including the number of hairs  per cm squared, the thickness and vibrancy of hair, direction and design of hair.  Techniques for density vary from surgeon to surgeon.  In my office, we utilize a specialized technique that allows for optimizing density and found it to be helpful.

If you didn't get enough grafts you wont get the density.  Remember that hair transplant do not replace original density.

It's still very possible you'll see an increase in density over the next few months. However keep in mind it's impossible for your hair to be restored to the full density it had naturally- the goal is usually to make it look fully dense, not necessarily feel fully dense.
