Is it normal to feel fluid under your scalp 7 days post FUE?

Seven days ago i did a 3,600 grafts fue op and while most of the swelling is gone i can still feel a sensation of fluid under my scalp. Sometimes like its coming out of the skin. The whole donor area is also very tense and it hurts quite a lot. The area is healing good and no sign of infection. My doctor told me that it just needs more time to heal but id like a second opinion.
