I agree that you are a good candidate for alarplasty alone. It’s a short procedure and can even be performed under local anesthesia in about 45 minutes.  I would not recommmend lifting the tip.  Your tip looks fine.

Dear Lala, Thank you for the question and the attached photos. Alar base reduction scars improve up to a year after surgery and I would not be at all concerned at this stage. I would advice massaging the scars at six weeks and your PS will be able to give you his/her protocol. Best of luck.
