I had rhinoplasty done to reduce both tip and nostril size about a month ago. When I got the cast off I thought the tip looked perfect but it’s so swollen now it looks the same as before! Will it go back to the way it was after cast removal or smaller? I also had a weir excision done I think (incisions on both where the nostril meets the cheek and inside) but it looks the same as before? I compared it to my pre op photos and measured it compared to my eyes. Is it swollen? Will it get smaller?

I agree that you are a good candidate for alarplasty alone. It’s a short procedure and can even be performed under local anesthesia in about 45 minutes. I would not recommmend lifting the tip. Your tip looks fine.
