Is it possible to get necrosis in the chin after filler? (photo)

Coz in the first day..it started to be blue..but the third day it getting darker..if u touch it. It doesnt fill hurt. But when it getting pressed..it hurts

Hi dominicaps, it is possible but somewhat unlikely to get necrosis in the chin after filler. This looks like a bruise to me. I would follow up with your injector to ensure that you are healing correctly.

It is certainly possible to get necrosis after a filler but this looks like a nice big bruise. It should resolve by itself but you can help it by applying some warm compresses.If in doubt, call oyur doctor.  HOpe you feel better soon

Necrosis usually looks different than what I see in your photo. Your photo appears just to have a bruise. But for certainty, see your injector. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot
