Is it possible to get necrosis in the chin after filler? (photo)

Hi dominicaps, it is possible but somewhat unlikely to get necrosis in the chin after filler. This looks like a bruise to me. I would follow up with your injector to ensure that you are healing correctly.

It is certainly possible to get necrosis after a filler but this looks like a nice big bruise. It should resolve by itself but you can help it by applying some warm compresses.If in doubt, call oyur doctor.  HOpe you feel better soon
