Believe it or not, as we age we all lose soft tissue volume around the mouth and under the nose. This can lead to an older appearance and can prematurely allow jowls to manifest. It's difficult to form an impression from one photograph but I don't find any significant weaknesses in your face. I would suggest that you seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist to review the option of selective filler injections and to determine whether this would be satisfying for you. Alteration of the chin and jaw line can be successfully done with aesthetic placement of small to modest quantities of filler.
