Radiesse can be used on the chin to give more projection or to help even out any difference between the sides.  At this point, your option is to either just wait until the Radiesse goes away by itself or to have a filler used on the smaller side to adjust the appearance.  I would say it could take up to a year or so for the Radiesse to dissolve.  

Thank you for your question. Radiesse does not have a solvent like the other hyaluronic acid fillers. Unfortunately, time and sometimes massaging may help dissipate the filler. Usually, within 5 months the filler gradually disappears.

Unfortunately, radiesse cannot be dissolved like other filler products such as hyaluronic acids. Options include allowing time for the product to dissolve or visiting an injector to add more filler to correct any asymmetries.
