Can filler make nose appear thinner? Also fixes for asymmetrical jaw? (Photo)

Question

I had 2 rhinoplasties, my nose was origginally very skinny, but projected too much and i wanted a more feminine slope. Nose job 1 made my nose fat & straight. Nose job 2 added in a slope but didn't make it thinner. Could filler help make it appear thinner? (It has been 5 years since my nose job) i also had Kenalog injected 1x. 2. Obvious asymmetrical jaw. Could filler help/botox help?

Consider meeting with a specialist who utilizes a temporary gel filler for a definitive answer. We have seen results of other doctors work where HA filler can lead to a narrow bridge in tip appearance.

You appear to have a nice result. The best thing to thin out the skin would be kenalog  injections. Additional
Injections may be worthwhile. The crooked jaw would be best addressed by an oral surgeon. An oral surgeon can determine what if anything needs to be done.

Yes HA filler or Sculptra with Radiesse combo can make nose thinner visually. For your jawline I would rather use fat grafting over Sculptra/Radiesse combo but either could work. Expect fees in $10,000 ranges.

After 2 nasal reconstructions and the other procedures you have had done to the nose, I would NOT suggest any further intervention in the nasal area as I feel this would be without significant risk.In terms of your asymmetrical jaw, some filler along the jaw line on the left side of your jaw may be helpful.
