Choosing the right implant size is very personal and depends on various factors, including your body proportions, aesthetic goals, and the look you want to achieve. The consultation will be very important to help guide you through your choices. You can also bring in "wish pics" to show your surgeon. Implant sizers are one way to determine your desired size; these are gel-filled implants placed in your bra to help you try different volumes and see how different sizes might look on your body. This step helps you get a better sense of what to expect, and it allows you to fine-tune your preference based on what feels most comfortable. Your surgeon will recommend the size and shape that suits your anatomy and will help you achieve your desired outcome. They will take into account your breast width, existing breast tissue, and overall body proportions. It’s always a good idea to communicate your exact vision and aesthetic goals clearly with your surgeon so they can help tailor the procedure to match your ideal outcome.ABOUT DR. Many factors go into sizing implants so that they appear and feel natural. If you're considering breast augmentation, consult with a board-certified surgeon who specializes in transgender care that can help you choose the right size and shape for your body proportions.
"Overdone" is a very relative term and means different things to different patients. I believe that implant selection should be based upon your anatomy as well as your aesthetic goals. Based on your photographs, you should be able to achieve a very beautiful breast aesthetic and I would have a long discussion with you regarding implant options. I think that you would benefit from subfascial positioning with scaffold lower pole reinforcement for optimal aesthetics and longevity.
Dear Gorgeous427486, thanks for sharing your concerns, it is possible to get great results and so similar to your wish pic but implants sizes selection are maybe the difficult step in this process, I do suggest to take a sit with your surgeon and talk about it, discuss your desires and listen his or her recommendation about, in order to meet your expectations. However it is impossible to pick or recommend style, shape or sizes without an in person consultation, that provide the chance to get the measurement of key breast parameters. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia
