Hi I’m going to have a breast augmentation surgery soon. My dr recommend 500cc implants. Do you think this size is good for me? Will my results look natural? Btw I’m transgender.

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. Because your breast base width is so wide, a 450 cc implant will give a natural look and will not be "too vavavoom." Good luck!
