Hello, I'm sorry you're having difficulty in achieving the expected results of breast augmentation.

It appears your implants are on top of the muscle and this can make the implant edges be more visible especially at the top of the breast where the muscle tends to camouflage the edge of the implant and make the upper portion of the breast more natural in appearance. Unfortunately, on the left side it appears you have a capsular contracture which is a situation where the thin "scar bag" that is expected to develop around the implant has thickened and distorts the position of the implant and can also cause discomfort. Treatment for that would require removing the scar bag and possibly changing the location of the implant from its current position to the opposite side of the muscle, meaning if you're implant is below the muscle you would want to put it on top and vice versa. This has been shown to reduce the chance of it coming back although it is not completely preventable. An additional option is to wrap the implant in some other materials that have also shown to reduce the chance of it coming back although if not covered under Insurance can be an expensive addition to the surgery. Choosing a plastic surgeon with experience in these types of challenging breast implant cases would be to your benefit. Good luck.

I believe that you have one shot left at this and to do so, you need a complete game changer, something that has not been done to you yet. You need a complete overhaul with a site change to subfascial, complete capsulectomies, using a full wrap P4HB construct. If you get a recurrence after this, I would seriously think about calling it quits with breast implants. #Sigalift

After reading and rereading your posted text and reviewing your limited three photos, my best advice is to seek virtual or in person consultation for possible explantation, total capsulectomy with drains as a stage one then after 3 to 6 months, restart breast augmentation with tissue expander type breast implants to keep the formation of any capsules from occurring.
