Is there non-surgical nose tip refinement and is it an option for me? (Photo)

Hi and thank you for your question! For most questions related to the non-surgical (or surgical) nose job, an in-person consultation and evaluation of the whole shape of nose (and face) from every angle is needed. In general, we can make some refinements to the tip of nose with careful injection of dermal filler although it is not possible to make the nose less wider with this procedure. Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves the placement of fillers in various depressed areas of the nose to provide "fill" and improve the aesthetic of the nose.  Unfortunately, when one wants to narrow or "reduce" the nasal tip, a non-surgical rhinoplasty is not the answer.  In your case, formal rhinoplasty surgery would provide you with the results you are looking for, specifically tip refinement.  Tip refinement is achieved by conservatively removing excess tip cartilage, placing tip sutures and/or cartilage grafts.   Adding filler to the nasal tip would only serve to make the nose appear bigger.  I suggest consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon to have all your questions answered.  Perhaps surgery might not be as big a deal as you might think.  Good Luck!

Based on your photos above you've narrowed the nasal tip. Non surgical rhinoplasty can refine the tip by adding to it so the very tip is less wide. It would therefore stick out a bit more. And to balance it some filler would be added along the bridge to keep things in proportion. Don't forget a non surgical nose job can never take away-- it only adds, but in a thoughtful way so as to create the appearance of more refinement or whatever is desired. Cost varies from $750 to $2000 typically.
Depending on the
filler used, the results typically last between 1 and 2 years. The procedure is
performed after topical numbing creme is applied and should be performed in a
meticulous fashion. This means that the procedure typically takes about 45
minutes.

Filler can be easily placed in the nasal tip to make the tip less boxy and more refined.  However, realize that volume is being added in small amounts, so while it can make the tip look smaller, it will project the tip ever so slightly.  Make sure to visit someone who understands both injectables and rhinoplasty.
