While a close examination and assessment is required to be able to tell for sure, it is possible to make some adjustments to the overall shape of the nose with filler injection. For best results, make sure to consult a physician with high experience in non-surgical nose job. I hope it helps and good luck!  

It is certainly possible to sculpt your nostrils to improve the asymmetry and make them look more similar with filler.  I personally don't like using personal filler, particularly in the nose, but doing temporary filler that can last 9 months/1year is reasonable and easy.  I hope some of this helps!

Thank you for your question. Having braces would not affect the symmetry of your nostrils to this degree. Fillers used in a non-surgical nose job can be helpful in establishing symmetry.
