My platelet count is 504. Will I still be able to have a BBL?

If your medical history is otherwise unremarkable your elevated platelet count should not be an issue.  The only way to proceed safely is to coordinate your care with your surgeon and your hematologist.  You may need some blood thinners post-operatively.
