I've lost 100 lbs 5 yrs ago and have been working on lifting and trying to lose fat and retain muscle. I notice when standing my stomach does t look that bad but I have excess skin when sitting and bending over. Not sure if skin and fat. Would a tummy tuck or bodytite be best for me?
