I suspect you have another issue instead of your tummy tuck and need to see your family physician. You may be having an issue with your colon or even something like a kidney stone.

It would be unusual for intense pain to begin two years after surgery with no obvious cause. While it is a good idea to rule out if the pain is related to your tummy tuck, it would be wise to also meet with your primary care physician to discuss your concerns.

The pain you are having sounds completely unrelated to your previous procedure.
Many different conditions can cause abdominal pain, and some of these are potentially serious. This would include conditions, such as having gallstones, heartburn, diverticulitis, appendicitis, intestinal obstruction, ectopic pregnancies, and many others.
If the pain continues or you have other symptoms, then you may want to consider talking to your primary care doctor, or if things seem serious, go to the emergency department.
