Hi, I’m considering revision using a cadaver rib cartilage. My surgeon claims that cadaver will last a lifetime, I know that it’s true about autologous, but is it the same with cadaver cartilage?

I am not aware of surgeons storing people's extra rib cartilage, after revision rhinoplasty surgery. If we were able to store somebody's cartilage, we would store some of their septal cartilage at primary rhinoplasty, and use that for revision surgery, since that is much better than rib. Perhaps...
