I had a rhinoplasty before 6 years because my nose was a little crooked but sometimes under certain lights my nose make shadows and looks crooked. Can a revision make my nose perfectly straight?

Answer: You appear to have a straight nasal appearance.
So can Autologous septal cartilage. In our practice, we exclusively use MTF Profile Sheets for nasal reconstruction when there is no available septal cartilage for grafting purposes. Thus far, we have not seen any cases of complete resorption of this material. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I am not aware of surgeons storing people's extra rib cartilage, after revision rhinoplasty surgery. If we were able to store somebody's cartilage, we would store some of their septal cartilage at primary rhinoplasty, and use that for revision surgery, since that is much better than rib. Perhaps...
