I had a rhinoplasty before 6 years because my nose was a little crooked but sometimes under certain lights my nose make shadows and looks crooked. Can a revision make my nose perfectly straight?

If the last photo that you posted is before surgery, you have a very nice result. If you are noticing a symmetry, perhaps it's due to slight nostril asymmetry which was present before surgery. If this is what is bothering you, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for improving upon your nostril symmetry. Thank you for this question, and I hope it helps!
