Pain from lower face/ neck lift almost 2 years later - what can be done? (Photo)

My neck and lower face lift trurned out terrible. Almost 2 years later and I continue with anterior neck pain. I have had Cat Scans and a MRI which were normal. Could it be nerve pain from the surgery? Of course, my doctor says it’s not from his botched
